Getting Paid Promptly
You can increase the likelihood of
receiving prompt payment for the services you provide
by following these suggestions.

Verify benefits, eligibility
and deductibles by calling the mental health services
number on the back of your client's insurance
card. If the card does not contain a number, call
800 777-6330.

Submit claims on the standard
CMS (formerly HCFA) 1500 for Outpatient billing)
or the CMS (formerly HCVA 1450/UB 92 form (for
Inpatient billing). Make sure to complete the
form fully, and especially watch out for details
like certification number, and updating changes
of address or TIN. Directions for completing these
forms can be found in your Provider Manual.

(except the Arkansas claims) in a timely manner

Claims for Covered Services
submitted to Corphealth or the Payor identified
by Corphealth should be received within sixty
(60) days of the date of service.

Claims services will assist you with
any questions or concerns you may have regarding claims
payment activity. If you have not received payment within
a reasonable time, please call to check on the status
of your claim. You may also contact claims services
by email at claimscs@corphealth.com.
If you wish to talk with someone by phone you may call
the number listed on your client's insurance card or
call 800 777-6330.
Claims Appeal
Corphealth offers you the right to
appeal any claims decision. Claims Appeals should be
made no later than sixty days from the date you receive
your claim decision. A request for appeal can be made
verbally by calling 1-800 777-6330, through email at
claimscs@corphealth.com
or by sending a written request attached to any mitigating
information to support your appeal of the original claims
determination to:
